I graduated from couch to 5k over a year ago but mid year 2018 I damaged my knee doing a park run and did not run for the rest of the year. Well ,back up and running and now getting ready to do run 3 week 4 . Building up for my first park run of the year in a few weeks so fingers crossed

Well done for restarting when you could. Keep it nice and slow to prevent injury. I’d say focus on the duration of your running, not pace, for getting fit without hurting ourselves.
