Feeling well chuffed, Iā€™ve completed the plan, again, it still works šŸ˜‚

Really pleased as I set my self the challenge of graduating before the end of August.

Slow, slow, slow and it felt like hard work as Iā€™d had a disrupted night and it was windy, but I made it.

Onwards to more enjoyable runs. Iā€™ve learned from my mistakes after graduation last time. Iā€™m not going to push myself to go further or faster. I just want to keep running and enjoy the time.

Good luck to all on this excellent journey šŸ˜

You deserve to be chuffed Lablove on completing C25K for the second time, well done on REgraduating before the end of August.Slow slow and steady is the mantra slogan here on C25K and you have done thatšŸ‘, everyone learns from their mistakes as you say, I wish you well on your running journey šŸƒšŸ¾šŸ‘

Well done Lablove. šŸ’ŖšŸ’ŖšŸŒ¹ And PS, referring to slow jogging by Hiroaki Tanaka it says to aim at a pace of 180 steps per minute. I'm sure you mentioned a 170, so you are basically there. When I listened to 180 beats per minute on the "natural metronome " it sounded really fast. Must be tiny steps.

Happy running šŸŽ½

Hmmm I donā€™t think I could do 180, at least not yet!

that's great to hear! I'm about to go through the process for a second time... after graduating in 2019 it all went to poo during covid and I piled on weight! Did my first run two days ago!

If I can do it, you can. Interestingly some of the mental hurdles, that first 20 min run werenā€™t as scary this time round so that made it a bit easier. When I was feeling challenged I just thought ā€˜well you did it last timeā€™ and that seemed to help. Good luck, youā€™ll be graduating again before you know it!
