So I've just completed the penultimate run of W9 and I'm feeling very happy! The run went ok although I had to really battle through the 10 to 20 minute period; I was really tiring and felt like giving up, not exactly sure why as I thought I prepared well enough, but the main thing is that I pushed on through to the end. It may be because I tried a slightly different route which included a few more inclines but nevertheless, I did it and am now one run away from graduation! 😁

Well done! The fact you kept on is brilliant. I did a different run for my last ( 2 weeks ago) down by the canal. Are you planning something special for your finale?

Thank you! Nothing special planned, just aiming to do my usual 'flatter' route although I will treat myself to a new pair of running shoes upon completion. My current ones have served me well but are starting to fall apart now 🙂

Enjoy it! Yes I am doing that and also I never got round to doing gait analysis so need to do that. 🏃‍♀️👣
