Hello! Sorry, not been here for a bit - haven’t stopped running though although I missed two last week due to weather and work! Am at a conference in Liverpool for work and not only did I actually bring my stuff with me, but I put it to use and am not long back from w8r2!! There was a beautiful double rainbow just as I started, before the sky burst open and drenched everything. Anyway, I kept going and ran along the waterfront and it was my best run yet! Despite the downpour, I loved every one of the 28 minutes and really felt like I was properly running and enjoying it. Those robot legs that someone mentioned a few weeks ago kicked in and I felt like I could have kept going for ages. I didn’t though, I stopped when Sarah told me to and ticked off another 4.2k. So, four runs left and then my local park run beckons... happy days! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️
