Today's run was the last before my graduation run!
I really enjoyed (yes...i did say "enjoyed" π) this run. I think i managed my fasted pace to date, the breathing was right, the legs just kept going. Magic was happening! Somehow and for the first time I just seemed to "get it" I could have kept going and going. But before you all start to shout at me, i didn't. I was very good today!
The funky graduation leggings (and boy are they something!) are being pressed and prepped ready for Friday when they shall be revealed! πππ
notquiteretired I hope you kept me a spot on the podium next to you!

Congratulations on completing all but one runs of C25K, good luck for your graduation run and we are all looking forward to seeing your funky graduation leggings. π π
Fantastic, I hope you enjoy your graduation run even more and look forward to the big reveal of those new leggings - very well deserved. If you're interested in pace etc, then you could try the free app, mapmyrun which tells you all sorts of interesting info about the run you've just done.
Thanks for the encouragement Debston. I will enjoy every second! Thanks for the tip about map my run, i think my husband uses that (however, up until now I have never cared!) Will definitely look into it. I have tried Strava but unfortunately I seem to lose GPS signal in the forestry and it never saves the data. Perhaps this might be better?
I've never had a problem with mapmyrun (apart from me forgetting to turn it on or off π) and someone on here said that it is much more accurate than Strava. It saves each workout which is nice because it does a little map and you can add a photo and it sort of turns into a diary of your runs. If you pay to upgrade it can do all sorts of fancy extras but I am more than happy with the free version.
