W1R1 here we go again (again!)

Well that was hard work, but that after-run feeling is worth it!

I just started c25k again a couple of weeks ago after a sprained ankle, only to come down with an awful ear infection. Then the day I was going to start again after that, I came down with a tummy bug.

Now I finally feel healthy again and able to run. Goodness me though, I never thought there would be this many obstacles!

Oh - and I had a scan for a heart murmur, which was "normal", so it's full steam ahead now!

Just started back again for the third time myself! I’ve learned to take it slowly! Good luck - we got this!

The motivation is, I know I can do it, because I've done it before - but it's still hard work building up again. If we remember how nice it is to feel fit, maybe it won't seem quite as hard...? (She says hopefully!)

I guess if it was easy, it wouldn't feel like such an achievement!
