This is the first run I have run without Laura in my ear , I just kept pressing repeat wk9r3 , but it was ok just felt a bit strange nobody telling me where I was at also great weather this is the first few runs where I've ran in warm conditions just makes my face even more redder than normal 😊

I can imagine it was odd yes, I will be out doing my 1st post grad run tonight, but I do plan to take MJ with me initially..how did you track your time / distance? are you using Strava?
