Ran in the rain after work and it felt ace ! Week 6 completed and really feeling a sense of achievement although unfortunately no weight loss. Onwards and upwards 😀

Ah well done that's brilliant. If you're doing it for weight loss, are you keeping track of inches as well as scales? I found the first few weeks although I hadn't dropped pounds I did drop an inch or so as I guess I was toning up a bit

I haven't lost any weight but I have dropped a size. My shape has changed as well. So don't worry about your weight, concentrate on your running and see your shape change. Happy running

Well done Diddy, I'm at the same stage as you. I feel a real sense of achievement too despite hardly any weight loss (I have two stone to lose). It's still going to do wonders for our health though. Keep on keeping on :-)

I finished my week 6 run 2 today and it went well - so I am happy! Now look forward to the dreaded run 3.
