It's the night before my week 6 run 3. I'm quite worried about doing 25 minutes - not sure I can do it. Will let you all know how it goes.

I did it! I think I'm one of those people who dreads things and has to put a lot of mental effort into them to accomplish them. It wasn't easy, but I was determined and kept it steady.

as a complete non athlete and an unfit 45 year old i can really emphasis with your concerns, but you were worried and you still had a go and not only that - you did it, well done you,

i still get a tingle when i tell my kids, mummies going out for her run, it sounds so alien to me, but because of this plan - you and i are doing it! well done!
