I do prefer to run evening in the dark I don’t know why.
So today when my 25min run was up, I carried on and did the BIG 30 Minute run.
Felt too comfortable to stop at 25 mins. Although I found W7 R2 hard work. Then looked at my STRAVA pace and was too quick. Today my timed mile were 30 secs longer but I felt so much better slowing it down a bit.
