Well I’d had a lazy day and was feeling quite sluggish so wasn’t expecting much from today’s run, I just thought it’s got to be done so I’ll just get through it. I set off running and realised I was going a little bit faster than usual...I think my brain was playing tricks and thinking it I went faster it would be over quicker 😂... anyway I decided to keep up the pace for as long as I could then slow down if I needed to! Well I kept it up til the end 😄 the last 5 mins were hard work but I did it! I mean don’t get me wrong we’re not talking much faster, just more tortoise than snail is all, but even so I’m buzzing now 😄
