Iโd got myself all hyped up for two 8 minute runs today n was actually disappointed to find it was three 5 minute runs today ๐๐
Thought Iโd taken it slow n steady but only did 0.1 of a mile less than W4R3 so I guess my pace must be improving. Hoping I might make it to the bench a little further along the path by the end of this week, though I wonโt get to sit on it as itโll only serve to mark halfway
Bought a foam roller in Aldi this week so going to torture my leg muscles later. Didnโt expect a bit of foam would be painful but the lovely loose feeling in my muscles afterward definitely makes it worth it. Also enjoying the post-run yoga session on YouTube with Yoga with Adrienne. Thanks for the recommendation @Kertesz ๐
