Today this afternoon continued with the water and bananas will look like a monkey the amount I am eating. Week 7 Run 2 completed in a new location loads of hills more like an assault course a bit slower than Run 1 but completed. Both calfs held up will see how we are on Sunday to undertake Run 3 on a more familiar course. Good luck all especially the Week Seveners

Take care with the number of bananas you consume as it can affect your potassium level. On another note well done on the run today and one more left of week 7 and then week 8 to look forward and one run closer to graduation. keep it up. Positivity and taking it in ur stride.
I did week 7 run 2 last night and found it hard going. I did it but my god it was tough. I am beginning to think i am too old to run for this length of time. I am 55. I am not giving up though as worked hard to get here and i feel fitter but also feel old ☺
Do not give up I am 57 and intend to graduate the day after I am 58. You are not to old I compete in agility and there are lots of older people that compete in that. I would say your never too old. Just take it slower with plenty of fluids and it becomes easier. If you can run with someone it helps but if not run to music that you like. Final run of week 7 on Sunday. You can do this.
Thank you. I wont give up at all. It just exhausted me last night. Will rest from exercise today a do week 7 run 3 on sunday. Well done to you. You have done extremely well x
