So proud of myself for completing this milestone run!π
After the night shift from hell (yes it was that bad, the worst in my nursing career so far π) and 2 hours sleep this morning, I was itching to get out and run. Given how shattered I am wasnβt sure iβd make it.
The trick for me is pacing myself and focusing on the music.
Probably ott but feeling on top of the world now! May just collapse later tho πππͺππππββοΈ

Congratulations Kimbov, you deserve a medal for running run 3 of week 5 after that "night shift from hell", I assume from that description that you never got a break for about 12 hours.
You need a good break from running until run 1 of week 6, be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks πΆ and runs π
