W7 r 1 and I hit 3k 😁

This 25min was alot better than w6 r3. Managed to go at a quicker pace and hit 3k! When I say quicker, it wasn't quick at all but I wasn't walking which is always a bonus when running πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ feel more positive about the longer runs now, I wonder if it's physiological as the first increase I find really hard but I have always managed it so far and then the 2nd one of the same timing I find alot better, if that makes sense?! Super proud of myself 😁😁

So you should be proud think back to wk1 for 60 seconds now you're running 25 minutes it's an amazing achievement 😊😊
