I have just completed week 7 and I found it a struggle. The last run the worst. Any suggestions please? Xx

Keep hydrated, before run 1 of week 8 run it slowly, take plenty of water the day before you run it.

Just try and run as slow as you possibly can that's 3x 25 minute runs good job 😊

Do u listen to music when u run? If not try it..... it has worked for me as I increased the times.... I’m just ahead of you having run W8R1 today when I’m getting near the end of a run.... I keep thinking.... I only need to get to the end of this tune lol......

Slow and steady. Remember that natural growth is not a straight line progression: watch time lapse film of plants growing and you’ll see it happens in fits and starts, jumps, plateaus and even slight regressions ! Take it slow and give your body time to adjust to the new demands you’re placing on it. You can do this x

If you are struggling, then slow down..........you are in control of the difficulty of your running.
