W6r3 in the bag (again!)

Well after a disastrous attempt on the dreadmill at the gym last Thursday, I got up on Monday, pulled my kit on and went for it! I ran for 25 mins and even managed to speed up for the last minute 💪.

It actually get easier the further I went, breathing was fine, legs were reasonable lol. I’d even say I enjoyed it! Wow....

Can’t get out again until Friday morning which is irritating, but I’m looking forward to it when it comes!

All good experience!! I started my journey 30th April 2016 but really didn’t get the habit to run regularly until last year. Keep going it’s worth it.
