I hurt my ankle right before attempting week 6 run 3 on February 13th. My ankle is feeling better so I was planning on trying to run tomorrow. Should I pick up where I left off? Or should I go back to the beginning of week 6? I’m not sure what to do after missing a week. Thanks!

I did the 9 weeks over 6 months! No need to go abcK. Try the one you’re meant to do, and if it’s difficult, just repeat. But my longest gap was 2 weeks and I was fine x

As stated in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks away from running.
