Well I completed my w4r3 this morning and I even ran up hills without stopping! I have really 'enjoyed' (yes really) week 4. I think because I've not been watching the clock and have just had to get on with the longer times I've settled down into it.
How did people find week 5? Any tips please? And does anyone else use a route planner such as plotaroute.com to work out where they can run? I live in a rural area so there isn't anywhere on my doorstep nice and flat like a park - but at least I've managed to avoid the 20% hills since week one

Thank you! Your other post was spot on and now I feel a bit daft for saying I'm 'scared' of anything. Perhaps it is more that I've enjoyed this week properly for the first time so I'm more sad about moving on Trust the plan!
I'm just blown away by your photo 😍🐑 and want to know where you live!!? Tell me! tell me! 🤣 Sorry, aside from that, W5 is nothing to worry about ~ if you can run up hills then you've already got this! 🙌😊
I'm up in the Ribble Valley! And yes, I was jealous of anyone with flat runs for the first three weeks but something has clicked this week and I'm getting through the hills!
Just completed W5R1 today. I was dreading it actually. Woke up not quite feeling it. Probably the same underlying dread of it now getting hard, but it was not bad at all. I really enjoyed it and amazed myself, still feeling I had something to give by the end! You’ve done all the runs so far and you can definitely do the next one too! Well done you! ❤️
