Of course you have graduated!!!!
Less than 15% of graduates manage a sub 30 minute 5k during the programme, so many congratulations, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations bizteach on GRADUATING π from C25K with week 9 run 3, you have graduated, you only need to run for 30 minutes 3 times in week 9, not run a 5K in 30 minutes.
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE π next to your username leave a message on the February graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K π π π
Of course you've graduated congratulations 5k will come eventually ππππππ
Well it sounds like graduation to me, as I start W9. Certainly I wonβt make 5K this week, but I equally certainly do expect to make 30 minutes. So enjoy! And congratulations. ππΌπππΌπ
Well done, youβve definitely graduated. Enjoy standing on that podium, you deserve to feel like celebrating ππ πββοΈπ©βππ₯ πΎ
Very well done bizteach. Doesnβt that feel good?
Enjoy the podium - yes you are a graduate! Go get that badge!
I finished R3 of W9 as well yesterday and Iβm not running 5k yet either, so donβt beat yourself up. Had anybody told me 9 weeks ago that Iβd be running for 30 minutes nonstop Iβd have thought them to be mad! I reckon if we just persevere running then the distance will improve, but Iβm not overly concerned to be honest, Iβm just delighted to be running.
Iβm still only making 3.7/4K and I graduated a month ago. But I definitely graduated! So have you. Well done itβs the fact you are out there for 30 mins. Who would have thought it!!
Congratulations! ππ
Congratulations bizteach. It's a shame to feel you haven't really graduated because YOU HAVE. If you go back and listen to the very first into on week 1 Laura says at the end of 9 weeks the goal is 5k OR 30 minutes. I did 3.6k in w9. My scrawney male partner can do over 5k. We are all different. I'm told speed will come with the consolidation. Good luck and congratulations again.
I've just graduated I ran 2.1 miles or 3.4 km. I'm going to continue running 3 days a week and build it up. I am hoping as the weather gets warmer and the field I'm running on gets less muddy I'll be able to run 5k in 40-45 minutes.
Don't be hard on yourself you're running for 30 minutes. How cool is that?????
Yes I know. Thanks to all of you for your support I appreciate it
Congrats to us all as we go on and do whatever it is we want to achieve
I graduated in November and still run 30 mins 3 times a week. I can't do 5k in that time frame, my 5k is still 49 mins, I don't care though. I am gradually improving and C25K is about getting you off your bum and exercising regularly. Don't worry about the distance you cover in your run, just keeping going out for your 30 minutes and the distance will gradually extend. If you are like me and some way off 5k in 30 mins set your self a goal that is closer and then on achieving that set another. My goal is to take 4 mins off by current park run PB, I am doing that by slowly improving my per k pace in my 30 min runs. My PB is already 2 mins better than my graduation park run. Stick with it you will get there, as long as you keep going the when does not matter so much.
