Advice on missing a run

Currently i run Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and, although I dont always go to ckub sessuons, Im running the programme with a club, so want to keep on the weeks as they end the programme with a final run/celebration.

In week 7, however, I have a problem in that Im working very long days (7 to 10) Thursday to Sunday, away from home and I dont know the area at all. Its possible the hotel will have a treadmill but I dont know.

So my plan is to do Run 1 Monday and Run 3 Wed, so I dont miss the long run. Then, if theres any possibility at all of doing Run 2 I will do it while away very early one morning. However, if I have to miss one, I feel run 2 is better to miss than run 3.

What do you think?

Don’t miss any runs. You’ll just have to push one into the next week if needs be. Definitely don’t miss one out though.

Thanks. Ive just decided to look the plan up ans i see that week 7 is all the same runs so they will just flow from each other into the next week.

Looks like you’ll be a run behind as they do W9R3 and you do W9R2... it’s the same run though, so they won’t know really... then just run the last one alone, job done.

Yeah. I cheated and looked at that week. I can see I wont have a huge problem as the runs become the same later on.
