Today is so beautiful so i ran along the river . 3.12 miles in 41 mins , . Much better run today . This is the second time as igraduated last year but restarted from W6 . Really good to have made it to 3 miles .😁

In some places this week it has been Brilliant running weather. I really enjoyed my run in the sun on Tuesday. Well done on your 3 + miles. Rfc x
