Well done! I’ve just done that one tonight too after putting it off all week as wasn’t sure I’d manage. Feeling so much better having just gone out and done it and actually enjoyed it a bit lol

Thankyou well I’m sat here getting brave to run outside lol overthinking it is the worse used to the gym with other gym people in Lyca so stepping outside with clothes people is well going to beyond brave 😱😱🏃🏽♂️
Yeah... but once it’s done it’s easier next time. In the gym with gym types is one thing... but outside someone who doesn’t think they can run may well see you and be inspired to start. Personally I’d have felt more inadequate in the gym at the start... while I know a lot of regular people with memberships... I also know they don’t go 😂. Only people I see going in or out are in way better shape than I was back then!
The Deeper Truth I have discovered is, They don’t really notice! 😂 I bumble along the path and the most anyone does is nod good morning. Or perhaps pull the dog out of they way so I don’t get tangled in the leash. So do try it - outdoors is fun (subject to the usual don’t-go-too-fast, of course.) I think I would find all those gym bodies intimidating! 😊🐌🌿🌱🥀
