Week 5 was a dream week, I had to be strict with myself to take the rest days between runs. W6R1 & R2 were challenges so I was a little apprehensive about R3. I’m not suggesting it was a doddle, but I did it without even contemplating not finishing the full 25 minute run non-stop.
When I started C25K the 1 minute runs where an effort I mentally crossed off each one counting down to the last one. Now I’ve just run a straight 25 minutes. I’m chuffed to bits.
Now the weekend off before I tackle W7
