YES!! Week 6 run 3 in the bag.

Week 5 was a dream week, I had to be strict with myself to take the rest days between runs. W6R1 & R2 were challenges so I was a little apprehensive about R3. I’m not suggesting it was a doddle, but I did it without even contemplating not finishing the full 25 minute run non-stop.

When I started C25K the 1 minute runs where an effort I mentally crossed off each one counting down to the last one. Now I’ve just run a straight 25 minutes. I’m chuffed to bits.

Now the weekend off before I tackle W7

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate

Well done on completing that first 25 mins run ,

Now for the in house joke !

If you struggle with week 7, just keep repeating week 6 run 3 😂😂😂
