Good job... that’s a third of the plan done! Enjoy week 4... that strength will keep growing and you fitness will rocket.

Fantastic - well done. Really positive that your knee pain isn't an issue. I have to say, mine seems to be a distant memory now - I've actually stopped pausing to steel myself at the top of stairs! Good luck with week 4. :)

That’s good news. You must be building up strength in those legs. Do you strap your knee when you run?

I had knee pain & bought a Neo G elasticated knee support from Superdrug (£12.50) which really helped. Its quite thin & very flexible and I really didn't think it was going to do anything but it has really helped.

Thanks for the heads up on that! I had checked on Amazon but there’s so many of them didn’t know which to go for should I need them. Good to have a recommendation on here 👍

look up "neo g airflow knee support medium" they are black -- £9.99 on amazon , cheaper than superdrug!

I haven’t been, but did think if the pain came back I would try some kind of strapping!! Must admit looking back at my runs on Runkeeper I’ve slowed down a good bit, from the first 2 weeks so that seems to have helped a lot so far!

Am at exactly the same point...fingers crossed we both breeze through today’s run! A bit of sunshine and warmer temperatures may help - it’s starting to feel a bit like spring!

Definitely milder up here in Aberdeen today, and although not running until this evening think the forecast is fine for the day! Hope you have a good one too 👍
