I would consult my GP or a physio.

You could try these guys. I had good results using some of their techniques.

I feel for you, I really do. I think I'm in the same place. Pushed too hard on W6R3 and towards the end developed pain 8n my calf that's no going away. So gutted as I had my graduation run all planned for my birthday weekend. :( How are you feeling now?

I would see a sports physio πŸ˜•

Get it sorted out properly, the runs will wait for you πŸ¦‰

Thank you everyone. I'm still having pain in my calf. I've decided to take a month off and try and get it sorted. I'm missing C25K so much though it made me feel good πŸ˜“
