I read all the comments about taking W6 slowly, which I did and thought it would be easier with the walks back in between, but I actually found it harder than running 20 minutes straight - who’d have thought it?!
W6R1 harder than 20mins non stop!: I read all... - Couch to 5K
W6R1 harder than 20mins non stop!
Did it this morning too. 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️. I find running straight through with no walks easier cause I seem to settle into my stride and breathing better, they both get thrown out of sync when I put the walks in. Still as someone said to me,,,, only one more session with a walk in 😊🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
Yes Glitterjav, that is true, I think on Friday or Saturday I did tell you about that run, glad you took it slowly, only one more run with walking intervals then run 3 of week 6 and after it's all running. 😊 🏃
Well done on completing your longest workout to date.
I certainly found it harder but that was because the bleedin' app crashed! So it was definitely my longest workout yet as I ran for goodness knows how many extra minutes before it occurred to me that Laura had clocked off and gone for a cuppa!
