I would have thought that running for 20 minutes would be harder than running for 18 minutes with rests in between. But did anyone find this run harder for some reason?

It is your longest workout to date, plus the possibility of overconfidence following W5R3, makes this just about the trickiest run in the plan........ it catches many out.............well done, you did it.
Great job... you took on the notorious W6R1 and completed it. You got this.
Its the worst run of all
Everyone seems to think this. To me it wasn’t too bad (I just did it today too) but maybe that’s cos I had read so many people saying how hard it is, and so I’d set myself up for it to be awful and was pleasantly surprised...
Totally agree about the W5R3 to W6R1 transition, but then really enjoyed the following two runs, keep going! 🚀
