Week 1 Run 2

That’s week 1 run 2 done and I’m feeling great once again although my legs were still a little sore from run 1 I pushed through and didn’t stop. The only difference between this run and my first was that I found this one MORE challenging, I don’t know why but I did. Anyway I’m looking forward to doing run 3 and then moving onto week 2 wooo! Wish me luck 😊

Great job. You could run the same run 10 times and they’d all be a little different... so don’t worry about that, just celebrate another run done... a stronger fitter healthier you is the result. Keep active tomorrow with some cross training... those aches and pains will go over time. Enjoy closing the week out next run.

Yes runs can vary for all sorts of reasons, just complete the run and move on and don’t worry about it. Well done 🙂

I've also just finished run 2 of week 1 and I also found it more challenging than the first. I think my legs were a bit sore and it was also really windy. I find the 5 mins warm up walk the worst bit as it's so cold!
