Week 7 run 1 ✅

Usual heavy legs - but with the 5 min walk before and after I covered 4.1 kms and I think I definitely have more left in the tank than the whippet!

it does! and under an hour ;-) I'm toying with the idea of a park run on Saturday to do r1 of week 7 but it's getting there early that's a bit off putting ;-)

Hmmmm ..... i think I could manage “early” OR “running” - both at once could be a step too far!

Found extra hydration helped my heavy legs - don’t know if you’ve tried that ? All the best with the rest of the week x
