I did it last night, by the time I got to 5 minutes I felt like giving up but told myself to stop being pathetic as there was nothing wrong with me, I found after Laura said is done 10 minutes it got easier as I knew I was on the home stretch. So glad I didnt give in. Good luck you CAN do it as Laura says just keep putting one foot in front of the other x

Good luck, I ditto all the above comments, as long as you pace yourself you can do. If like me when you complete it you'll do a victory jig in front of anyone and everyone! Can't wait to hear all about it. Believe in yourself and the training you've done so far
