Well done. Keep it steady not too fast and you will enjoy the ride. Some runs will be hard we all have them but get through them and you will feel fantastic on the good runs. This plan works so stick with it and you will be running for 30 minutes nonstop. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ
