Just finished w2r1 l. I was going to repeat a week 1 run again before moving on as hadn’t ran since Friday but I thought id just go for it. Surprised that I was actually ok the 90 seconds didn’t feel any longer than the 60! Guess this means my fitness levels are improving?

Your fitness levels will be improving as you go onto the longer runs, onwards and upwards, remember that you can repeat any runs or weeks as you wish.
