Well done again :)x
Hope all good with you Floss and thank you for all you do for me,everyone and the forum.Looking forward to my consolidation runs and testing your pace on a 5k for our future Penrhyn 2020 Saturday morning park run.π₯βοΈππβ€οΈ
You are most welcome... as for that park run... I intend getting a spot of practice in.. you will be at the finish before I am half way around
Enjoy those consolidation runs... and specifically some lovely longer relaxed runs...also, have you visited us on the Strength and Flex forum.. some great ideas there, to keep us all moving x
Fallen behind Floss on S&F.But will reread and study your 4-5π€pinned posts. They are great and I must make them routine and part of my day.
Seriously though Floss, re the park run, I want to be able to match your run all day 5k pace.
Best I have ever run is just 40mins.
Think I am ready to get quicker but the 6min/ km pace for 5k is not yet within reach, so not that ready.I would like to trot round with you when it all falls into place.π₯πββοΈβοΈππβ€οΈ
Congratulations to you Tbae on graduating for a third time from C25K, I am sure you enjoyed you runs, what you call trots, nice one.
It is now onwards and upwards to the Bridge210K program.
Many thanks Alan.
Messed up my Strava recorded run this morning. So will have to make a manual entry.
Probably about 3k in 30mins,so a modest 10mins/km.Perhaps just a little quicker than a brisk walk.
Looking forward to consolidation runs and getting nearer your pace Alan and onto the magic 6min/km or 29:59/ 5k.π₯βοΈβοΈπππ€£π
My fastest 5K was at Drumpellier Parkrun Coatbridge on the 25th September, a time of 30.55, however, most of my 5K times have been in the 32/33 minute time range. I am a great guy for nostalgia, yesterday I reran run 3 of week 6 of C25K, 25 minutes, on Thursday I reran week 5 run 3, 20 minutes, but I don't intend to rerun the whole program from the start, unless of course, I was off running for a while, have a great day.
Congratulations Tbae...I hope you still got a buzz third time around! π
Happy runningπxxx
Thanks Jan for all your support.
Certainly did.For me the build up is essential. No way I could just go out and run for 30 mins.ππ€£
Hope all going good with your repair.
