...c'mon, own up - one of you did! But despite the heavy weights on my legs (it sure felt like that) tonight I managed to complete w4r3, so feeling just a tad satisfied....

Whether or not I will be able to walk tomorrow is another matter.

Maybe your legs were just tired. A couple of days rest and stretching & you should feel better.
