Done my second Havant parkrun this morning and was amazed with a PB of 29mins 16secs. Has anyone lost a pair of legs because these surely can't be mine! 😀. The trouble now is will I ever be able to maintain that, time will tell. Enjoy your weekend running everyone.
Who's legs were those?: Done my second Havant... - Couch to 5K

Great time! Did my first Parkrun this morning - great fun, though the last k was a bit painful!
Hi Steve, thanks. Glad you enjoyed your run, if yours was anything like mine it was a bit muddy, but great fun all the same. Happy running.
