Finally and all of a sudden my weight has started to drop, about 1.5kg during wk4. Several posts I've read suggest the program would not necessarily trigger weightloss, however taking heed of the advice on this forum, I have been minedful to maintain my calorie intake as pre-program (or less) and not give in the 'oh I'm moving more. . I can eat more' scenario. And now my weight has just nudged down into the overweight (as opposed to obese ahhh) bmi category. But forget the weight , for the first time in a decade I feel my stamina and strength are noticeably improved - in general I walk faster and am simply more inclined to activity. I hope this is the start of a more significant transformation . . Couch potato to runner bean. . ooor perhaps Maris piper to Billie Piper !!!

That just be such a good feeling! I haven't bothered weighing myself as it wasn't particularly a weight loss thing for me. Although I do want to lose weight I guess I hoped that it would just happen as I did more... j
