Done my second Havant parkrun this morning and was amazed with a PB of 29mins 16secs. Has anyone lost a pair of legs because these surely can't be mine! π. The trouble now is will I ever be able to maintain that, time will tell. Enjoy your weekend running everyone.

4 weeks now. Physio reckoned about 6-8 weeks for recovery . Maybe back running in another 2-3 weeks . I am optimistic

Thanks PP, the only solution I think is they must have been taken over by aliens to have a look round the country park. Probably have to make a charge if they do it again! π Hope your rehab is coming along well
