Have you done parkrun yet? Well worth doing if not. I see you take your pooch running - I do too (yellow Lab) and she came to parkrun last weekend and was a superstar! ❤️🐕🏃‍♀️😀

Hi there,I used to run park run every Saturday, used to get really good times until injury sidelined me, but that was definitely going to be my next port of call to keep my running going, we got Bailey , our doggo, from dogs trust, she’s a great running buddy but can be a bit erratic, I take her out to a forest park near me so she can bark at thin air instead of people!!!!!
