Woah that was hard but I did it ๐Ÿ˜Š

It was definitely a case of mind over matter and I thought my legs were going to buckle when I switched to walking at the end but Iโ€™m so proud of how far Iโ€™ve come.

Eagerly checked my stats when I got home to find my average speed was... slower than last week! OMG does this mean I actually run slower than I walk?! ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ

Well done on getting through your milestone run!! ๐Ÿฅ‰๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜

Do not worry about speed at all at this stage. You got through the run and what a run! 20 mins straight! Congratulations ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‰

Great running.

In theory every time you run longer you run slower... and in practice itโ€™s a good idea. Donโ€™t worry about it though... all that matters here is that you are running... pace is for later, if you want it, this plan gives you the tools to do that, but more importantly a healthier, fitter you.

Enjoy week 6.

Brilliant! What a great feeling eh? I have exactly the same issue with speed/distance ...... donโ€™t worry about it and donโ€™t mention it when youโ€™re bragging - just say youโ€™ve now progressed to running for a solid 20 minutes!
