The usual advice is.. if you don’t quite complete a run, count it as a practice, have your normal rest day and give it another go. 😀
We all have “off” runs for lots of reasons- eg tired, off colour, dehydration etc
Go gently & I bet you will be beaming next time. 😄
I would repeat, personally. You’re moving on to a more challenging run again and you need the confidence and stamina that comes from achieving the previous runs. You’ve done this one twice before: you can nail it x
I'm did wk8r3 also today and had 2, 20 seconds break in between I did it with all runs in wk8 but I just keep repeating until I can do the full run without stopping we get there in the end 😊
Repeat it, take it really slowly, and if you’ve got anything left at 28 mins maybe see if you can get to 29 or 30 mins. It could be very motivating....
Every run improves your fitness so none are wasted 😀
