Tough run this morning, but I got through it. Had been lacking motivation after a false start for this run last Wednesday. Was meant to run Saturday, then Sunday, nope Monday...finally got myself into gear on Tuesday. (Not quite as catchy as Craig David’s 7 days 🤣)
Onto Week 9! I expect I will take 2 weeks to do this!

Well done you!.. especially on the back of a false start and a downturn in motivation!
Seriously well done!... for getting out there!... and for having the determination to finish it!..
I'm behind you - I ran W7r2 this morning and i too found that was a toughie, especially after my run 1 of the week was a dream of a run!..... Like you I finished it.. but i ran like a bag of spanners!
I too ran w7r2 today for the second time, tried to run it yesterday but only got to 22 minutes and had to give up, poorly tummy, but had to do it again today I was so annoyed yesterday with myself. I enjoyed today’s run it almost felt natural. But I do run slowly, snails run faster than me 😂
Wow!.. you're a star!.. tho i would probably do the same!... 22 miniutes was so so close!.. Well done on going again today!..... Brilliant effort!... and you did it and it sounds like it was a great run!... I had no choice but to run slowly today as it was a toughie for me.... then again i run pretty slow anyway ... Michael tells me its about stamina at this stage and not about speed.. I trust him.. He's got me from week 1 to here
