I was debating whether to run or not today due to what feels like the start of a migraine...I decided to act on my mums old saying of kill or cure .. I did do 5k in a slightly slower time but my head actually feels ok so hurrah for the cure and not the kill lol! Happy Monday to all you running peeps!

Thanks! I never thought this doing run 1 of week 1...I suffered big time at just running for 90 seconds...brilliant programme if it can get me this far..I am looking forward to graduating and already have my bar code for the local park run. Happy days!
