As someone who used to run 7k EVERY morning before 6am,I underestimated how tough 5 mins jogging on slight incline would be.

Well done! At the weekend I did my second run for this week. They keep telling me it is going to get even tougher....😀

It might get tougher,but the sense of achievement outweighs that I think.

I am on third run of wk4 tonight (though officially 2nd run, because my phone crashed). Might try the incline, in the form of a railway bridge. Excited but nervous, as always, but this usually psychs me up..
