So I did my last run for week three and I found it hard but the last 3 minute run was really tough. Just seen W4 and don’t think I can run for five minute.... i am scared that I won’t be able to do.

If you are unable to run for 5 minutes at first, that is okay! I remember when I started week 4 I struggled with the 5 minute runs and felt like my chest was going to explode - but if you get like that, just start the walking part early, take some deep breaths and try again next time round. Eventually you will be able to do it, trust me :) Remind yourself it is okay if you can't complete something first time round.

Thank you didn’t think that I could walk feel I need to keep going with it. But will try my best with it.

Last 3 tough... Simba tougher. Job done and done well. Don’t be scared, you’ll be strengthening as we speak, you’ll be ready... when the time comes, relax and do what you’ve been doing, tell yourself you can do it.

Yes you can... we all do:) Slow it right down and relax.... if you take it gently, you are ready for each and very single run...Every run makes you stronger.... trust the plan... believe in yourself and know you will do it:)

Thank you not sure I can actually go any slower and I seemed to do less distance in my last two runs, I know I am not supposed to see the distance but the fact I ran for longer periods but surely more running means more distance coverred. I am definitely going to give it my best but think this will be a challenge.

It happens..I ran yesterday..a shorter distance than my previous run and I thought It was faster ...

Just relax and let things evolve.

It is weird for sure I thought my route was longer but obviously I was slower but don’t mind it is better than nothing!

It is a challenge; but that is all it is....not the end of the world if you need to repeat a week before your attempt on 5 minutes. I went slowly, tried my best to complete every run on the allotted day, but picked up niggles which meant that I had to repeat some weeks. Repeat weeks are not failures, just part of the process for some of us! So if you need more time to get to 5 minutes fine. I bet you manage week 4 straight off though; just listen for Laura telling you that you are nearly there!!

I have lots of niggles so will try my best also doing it around the park on the grass as I don’t like road running yet.
