Everyone here kept on saying it's doable. I'll be honest I did not believe any of you and for that I am sorry. Today in the cold and ice I have shuffled my fat bottom round the roads for a full 20 minutes nonstop! It may not have been pretty but who cares. I'm so proud right now of what I have achieved. To anyone about to tackle the "big one" just go for It. You never know what might happenπ€π€

Well done, it's such a great feeling to achieve w5r3. I'm one run ahead of you.
Iβve just completed the same run. Got to 10 minutes and thought there was no way Iβd finish it, but I kept on moving. Must say I didnβt enjoy it though ππ!! Well done
Fantastic!! Well done to you..... I have done my first run of week 5 this morning...... Iβm very apprehensive about run 3 ππ
Congratulations Fatbottomgirl on completing run 3 of week 5, yes you have achieved the big one, 20 minutes non stop running. π π Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks πΆ and runs π π

It's the best run in the programme in my opinion and the sense of achievement in completing it is second to none!
Feel very proud of yourself and enjoy the rest of your running journey.
Remember still slow and steady π x
