Well what can I say......nothing like an early morning jog......loved it...once I got my breathing under control the jogging was a brease ......I no it was only 3mins but I am well chuffed ...not ran since school and am over weight lol......so I've patted myself on the back and am now going to enjoy my day........hope everyone enjoys there's π

Well done Dawn! I really enjoyed my w3r1 this morning too (out at 6.10 I must be nuts but we had a busy Sunday planned!). I was actually shocked when Laura said I was finished as I was sure there was another 1.5 mins run and 5 mins walk to go! We can both do it! Am planning on doing r2 on Tuesday, when are you doing yours?

How did it go today? I found it much harder than w3r1, really tough, especially the second 3 minute run. Was really breathless! May have pushed myself too hard as I was stupidly trying to increase my speed (why? Why? I blame Map My Run plus my terrible competitiveness!). So glad when it was over! Roll on Thursday when I am planning W3R3 π―
I found it harder than w3r1........glad it wasn't just me lol.....wasn't breathless just my legs felt heavier.......and the 3 minutes felt like 10..... But we did it π.......my next run is Thursday too.....good luck π
Was hoping to see you Dawn! Well done I did week 3 run one today and found it fine. Be interesting to see how it goes for the next. Prob repeating this week as half term next week and will mostly be taking kids to see their grandma x
