Program on hold for 10 days

I have just done W3R2 today and I am super motivated to get W3R3 done on Sunday but then I have to put the program on hold for a week and a half. I will still be active (mostly walking) during that time but I wonder what would be best when I return. Any advice? Redo W3R3 or do you reckon it would be OK to move on to the much dreaded W4R1? Thanks!

Slow and steady and just move on:) Remember too.. delight not dread... anticipation not apprehension. You will be ready for each and every run... :)

Have a nice break... you should be good to go for the next run.

If you're only off for a week and a half you can just start wk4 you'll be fine😊

I went on holiday right after I graduated, and only ran twice fully over 2 weeks and was very nervous about running for 30 mins. And was fine. I went slowly and it was great. I also did a lot of walking and stunned my husband at the ‘new’ me. I love to walk but was never good on a walk that starts with a steep hill (moaning might have been heard), not this time. Bounded up. So the walking will be good and hopefully you’ll notice extra fitness.

Enjoy your holiday!

I’m in EXACTLY the same situation as you - will (hopefully!) complete W3R3 then head away for a week (hotel’s ‘hillside location with stunning views’ suddenly less appealing!) - so your question has been really helpful. Thank you. Have a good break!
