The faffage was strong this morning but I eventually got out the door and did it. W3r3 done👍🏼. Really enjoyed myself☺️. And I’m losing weight👌🏻!

I can relate to your faffage - it got to me too this morning but I did finally get out there too, just having my reward of peanut butter on toast now!! 😀👍🏻😀👍🏻

I had a banana as well, when I got up 😂😂😂, can’t really eat then run, but can’t run on empty either, so I’m a banana-runner!! 👍🏻👍🏻
