I'm really enjoying this C25k programme and wondered if Laura has done one that takes you from 5k to 10k?
I'm only on w3r3 but thought I would aim high and look for something beyond 5k.

Hello
There is a bridge to 10K but it's not done by Laura. Its the same sort of thing though, but it is sooooo hard!
I'm doing it now and am on week 3. Run 17 mins walk 60 seconds and repeat 3 times, crazy stuff!
Mary
I am following a different one although there's no podcast, but I've programmed it into an Android app called 'A HIIT Interval TImer' and just play my own music alongside. I know some people miss Laura, but I've got Green Day!!
There are plenty of plans out there - have a look on The Running Bug, Cool Running or 'BUPA Running' websites. They all seem to take a different approach, but mine has a mix of times and distances each week; it's not just about running for a bit longer each time. Today I did 10 mins run, 2 mins walk - all repeated 3 times in total. I thought that seemed stupidly easy (hark at me - couldn't even run 30 secs back in January!!) but in the event I found I naturally ran quite fast (erm - it's all relative) and achieved a much better pace than usual.
One thing I've discovered is that there's always a new challenge around the corner with running
I think Laura is piloting new podcasts for a post-C25K programme right now, with a view to it being ready in May. I hope so - I am in week 7 so would be perfect timing for me!
I'm just not sure if the new podcasts will be B210K or something else.
Here's the link to the pilot podcast - no Laura yet, but a man pretending to be her! (she is recording her own voice for the real ones):
You need to click on 'Click here to download from sendspace' - NOT the big Dowload button at the top of the screen.
I haven't actually run with this yet, but listened to a bit of it and it's about speeding up by running to the beat of the music (it's done by Audiofuel). It says there are (or will be) 2 other podcasts which sound as if they'll just be faster. So not B210K as such, but will achieve a similar aim I think. But I could be wrong!
